 One thing for sure nobody escapes this thing called life without experiencing heartbreak or grief. How can herbs help when your upset to see the sun because you lost something that was beyond special to you? There is truly an herb for every aliment even heartache. Lets start with Hawthorn Berry it helps with grieving but it also prepares the heart for the energy of new love  bringing back the hearts passion which dims in times of hurt. 

 

Hawthorne berry increases the diameter of blood vessels which helps decrease vascular resistance and enhance capillary perfusion.  In short it normalizes blood pressure and strenths the heart muscle. 


Ashwagandha Root 

Can lessen the stress response on the body lessening the cortisol levels. It acts as an emotional damper with continued use.  Ashwagandha root has an adaptogenic nature supports  the body during times of  stress, promoting resilience and reducing the negative impact of stress on emotional well-being.



Cayenne Pepper 

Reawakes cold heart a disconnected heart one that has endured trauma or has frozen. It can bring you back to your body after an absence . I know this personal for a long time I was frozen disconnected from my body. As the healing started to take place I began to crave spicy food slowly  over time I began to feel again. The reconnection to my body lead to a year of tears . So I caution all if your not ready .



Linden Flowers

Restores the balance of the heart after injury of the heart. Prepares the heart for joy again. The leaves to call in love and enhance dreams. It also excellent circulatory nervine relieving nervous tension . Useful for heart palpitations.


Heart  Syrup 

1 tablespoon hawthorne berries 

1 tablespoon dried  raspberries 

1 tablespoon  dried rose hips 

1 tablespoon dried ginger root 

½ cup honey 

½ cup brandy 

1 tablespoon rosewater 

½ teaspoon of cayenne 


Add the berries, rose hips,  raspberries , and ginger root to a medium size pot with 2 cups  water . Simmer 30-45 minutes .


Remove from heat strain the mixture then add cayenne pepper ,honey, and brandy to the mixture and stir well .



Pour the syrup into a clean glass jar add the rose water shake well cover and label .



Can be taken by tablespoon up 3 times a day.



Store in the refrigerator can kept for up to 45 days or if mold appears .
